Important: Rates are calculated based on the size of the package, its weight, and the insurance coverage (based on the Canadian dollar value of the package content).
Express Post: With Express Post, your package will be insured, and it will also be easier to track because it will have its own identification number.
Shipping times can vary by province, by country or by state.
Weather conditions can also affect shipping times.
Note:
National or state holidays, and winter/summer vacation periods can also cause shipping delays.
Orders shipped to the United States or internationally:
Grand’heur/collection Genest Design applies no Canadian taxes on orders shipped to the United States or internationally, however national customs duties and taxes may apply to your order once it gets to its destination. Should such additional charges apply, you may receive a bill for which you will be responsible. For further information on customs policies applicable to your country, contact your local customs office.

Exchanges and refunds

With Grand’heur/ collection Genest Design, your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you aren’t satisfied with an item you received, you can return it for a refund, an exchange or a credit note, providing it meets all the conditions below. We suggest you carefully read the following conditions to see if your item can be returned for a refund, an exchange or a credit note. |

Refund, exchange and credit note conditions
|
NUMBER OF DAYS
If you’ve changed your mind about an item, you must email us right away at info@grandheur.com and return the item within 7 days of reception. Don’t forget to let us know in the email if you want a refund, an exchange or a credit note. You must then r eturn the item in a package postmarked by a post office or shipping company, as proof of the date when it was sent by the post office or shipping company.
MANDATORY DOCUMENT
For a refund, exchange or credit note, the item must be returned with the original invoice.
CONDITION OF THE ITEM
To be accepted for a refund, exchange or Credit note, the item must be in excellent condition and it cannot have been worn or washed.

you will be entitled to a refund, an exchange or a credit note. |
To obtain a refund, an exchange or a credit note, return the item and the original invoice via mail or shipping company to: Grand’heur / collection Genest Design 4131 St-Denis Montréal (Québec) H2W 2M7 Canada.
IMPORTANT: You are responsible for all shipping and transport costs when returning the item.
Refund :
Once we receive your item and have deemed that it meets all the conditions stipulated by Grand’heur/ collection Genest Design, we will only issue a refund on the cost of the item and applicable taxes, not on shipping charges and/or customs duties, and we will not be responsible for variable exchange rates charged on your credit card.
Exchange :
Same conditions as those listed in Refunds above, except that we will exchange the item for another item of equal value.
Credit note :
Same conditions as those listed in Refunds and Exchanges above, except that we will issue a c redit note in the amount of the purchase. |
