To ensure your clothing selections fit you properly, refer to our useful Size Chart [chest, waist (belt), hips] in the product description pages. These measurements, in inches or cm, are taken directly from our clothing soyou can determine the right size for you. In keeping with Canadian Standards, our size charts follow a unique measurement scale specifically adapted by Grand’heur /collection Genest Design to fit tall women of every shape and size. |

You can buy and have your items shipped almost anywhere in the world. See the “Shipping and Return Charges” section for details on fixed international shipping charges. Customs duties and taxes may apply once your order gets to its destination.
Grand’heur /collection Genest Design does not collect customs duties and/or taxes, and cannot predict specific charges that may apply to your country. Your selections will be kept in “My cart ” until you’re ready to complete your transaction or payment. They will remain in your shopping cart while you browse or shop online.
You can see all the items in your shopping cart at all times by clicking on “My Cart” at the top of the page. This function even calculates how many items you have in your cart while you shop.
By clicking on the “My Cart” link, you will see a photo of the item(s) in your cart along with a brief description, colour, size, price and quantity. From there, you can also update the quantity of items (adding or deleting) by selecting the amount desired and by clicking the "Modify" button under the quantity box. If you change your mind about an item, just click on the “Remove this item from my cart” link next to it.
If you decide to leave the Website without going through the checkout, your cart will be erased, which means that these items won’t be in your cart the next time you logon to Grand’heur/collection Genest Design. They will be put back on our virtual store shelves so other clients can obtain them. Due to limited supplies, we strongly suggest that you purchase items you like as soon as you see them because they may be gone the next time you visit! |

Do not press on the “Previous” button to change your order or you will place a second order and your account will be debited twice.
Please note that your order may be processed upon reception, in which case it may be impossible to change. |

To cancel an order after it has been placed, email our Customer Service department at info@grandheur.com, taking care to indicate your order number . Please note that your order may be processed upon reception, in which case server authorization will be needed to cancel it and issue a refund on your credit card. Please note as well that we cannot anticipate variable bank exchange rates on your credit card and are not responsible for such rates once the refund transaction is processed. As such, it may be impossible to cancel your order. |
